Layne Wilcox Farrier Service is a professional horseshoeing practice that caters to the equine athlete. Layne grew up around horses his entire life, even competing in team roping  and being a back country outfitter showing all his own horses for his string. While equine athletes are our specialty, we also have experience working on ranch horses.

In addition to cold shoeing, we are able to provide our clients with specialty shoeing such as aluminum shoes, glue-ons, Equicast, pads, drilling and taping, as well as many other requests. We also have lots of experience with aiding in the treatment of founder and laminitis.

Layne has a great working relationship with area veterinarians and are happy to collaborate with them on lameness issues.
